Omakase Ri


Omakase Ri has moved from Alcântara to Lapa, but the philosophy and quality have remained the same. This small basement in Lapa seats 10 people, all at the counter, the workspace of Brazilian sushi chef William Vargas, king and master of the house. The idea is to follow an Omakase menu, a surprise tasting with different moments made up of quality fish, all matured in-house or served fresh. There's a lot of technique at work, a lot of umami and a feast for the palate lasting almost two hours.
